Hey All!
I've been certified for 3 years and currently work at a private k-12 in WA as the Head AT and Sports Med Teacher. This year a goal for me is to improve on my leadership and communication, but clinically I'd like to get better at data collection and utilization - at least with what's feasible at my setting. Looking forward to this community.

@Cam Deckett I've got great rapport with my admin, but yes putting actual numbers behind the work and the outcomes. We're a small school, but working with only a $3k budget makes it interesting to stretch out for the year. I'm employed directly through the institution instead of a clinic or hospital, so advocating for overall expansion and growth.
