Hi everyone, I joined because I the video the other day about the “get rid of Claude” setup. Practical, easy to follow (for the majority), no code. Perfect👌🏽 As for me, the last half of my career was in strategic and tactical operations management, and improving the processes that humans had to participate in. I love to do that and AI helps me make a workforce even more efficient. I also have ADHD, so AI is helping me finally make progress on many of the ideas I just didn’t have the capacity to work on before. (Along with being retired & having more time 😂, but really I think it’s the AI, because I was retired before I started getting into AI and it wasn’t like *this* 🪽 I have 2 skools that focus on the ADHD experience - one is having an all over the place business and sorting it out into a foundation systems can be built on (and automated from). Practical, foundational, and a focus on structure to keep things useable. The other is about using AI to manage the personal-lives when you’re a rockstar at work, but defeated by groceries 🫠. I appreciate the straightforward way the YouTube videos are and bet I’ll get a lot from this group. Nice to meet you all. 👋🏽

One thing I've noticed about AI adoption: Most businesses start with the wrong question. They ask: "What AI tool should we use?" The better question is: "Where does our business lose time, information, or opportunities?" Because the biggest AI opportunities usually aren't obvious.
