Hi all any advice would be really appreciated, I had a return on an item no problem this can happen with with our business, the problem is they’ve put the wrong address on the return, I’ve messaged the buyer had nothing back, could eBay do something or is there a way of contacting eBay to explain what’s happen it feels wrong I would have to refund buyer and not receive my item back (this is my address)

Today is Luke our founders birthday as he let it slip last night on the call. I think he is definitely in the vintage category He has done an amazing job setting this group up for us to connect on so many levels both for business support but to support us to feel less isolated as people dont understand that we don't have a 9-5 job.
