Curious to know what they were trying to make it say. The only experiences I've had is when they're trying to bypass the bot and get to a person

@Kevin Silva Gotcha. Yeah unfortunately these systems were imposed because people were abusing the system with spam. What I've started to do is I'll book an onboarding call with the client, and I say to them, "Look, this might be a solid 1-2 hours, but once we're done, I've got everything I need". It's not ideal but I've found that whether you're registering them as a sole proprietor, or as an actual business, it requires different levels of verification. Sole proprietor seems to ask for Persona verification (for them to upload their ID) just as you're about to submit the A2P application. For a business with an EIN, I don't recall it asking for an ID upload for the last couple of clients I onboarded, it just sends their email a verification code when you're right at the "brand" steps of the A2P application.

@Kevin Silva At what point did it ask for the ID? Because it does seem to ask for the ID upload as well just before you're about to buy the actual number. In that case, I've been using my own ID and it doesn't seem to have been a problem. As far as I understand, that's just to verify you are a legit person buying the number

From what I've experienced, not all traffic is created equal. You want QUALITY traffic. So if you're struggling to convert your traffic into sales, it could be the quality, or the funnel. I saw this with a paid ads client. We used a UGC ad, but we realised it attracted the completely wrong audience, it was people who were just curious because the UGC ad itself was quite general and very hook-y So we re-did the ad, qualified more in the ad, and made it more explicit that it was an actual offer.

From my experience, the community feature in GHL just isn't that "clean". It feels like a very close copy of Skool, but just not as smooth.

Maybe you could do a database reactivation for them to start? (if it makes sense to)
