@Kevin Silva Gotcha. Yeah unfortunately these systems were imposed because people were abusing the system with spam. What I've started to do is I'll book an onboarding call with the client, and I say to them, "Look, this might be a solid 1-2 hours, but once we're done, I've got everything I need". It's not ideal but I've found that whether you're registering them as a sole proprietor, or as an actual business, it requires different levels of verification. Sole proprietor seems to ask for Persona verification (for them to upload their ID) just as you're about to submit the A2P application. For a business with an EIN, I don't recall it asking for an ID upload for the last couple of clients I onboarded, it just sends their email a verification code when you're right at the "brand" steps of the A2P application.
