Wasted a lot of time collecting tools. Dozens of tabs, half of them doing the same thing, none of it compounding. Memory so it knows my context, a couple of skills, access to the tools I already use. Once one worked, the second took a fraction of the time. Tools are not the bottleneck. Knowing what to point them at is. Found a free community called KVK Automates AI that teaches this properly, mostly builds and breakdowns rather than tool reviews. Been the most useful thing I have come across for actually shipping something.
