When building a rapport with builders and realtors that has access to builders keep it very simple ask them these 5 star questions to qualify a vetted buyer so you don’t waste your time or theirs : 5 STAR BUYER QUESTIONS: 1. are you currently Buying? 2. What price do pay For lots inthis area? 3. How many lots are you looking for? 4. What title company do you work with? 5. How soon can you close? Get atleast 3-5 buyers in each market that you are doing business in. Keep it very simple and too the point don’t be scared of rejection if someone does want to work with you their are literally 1000’s of buyers in each county and state
