I have been struggling with 24/7 chronic pain since I was 11. I'm now 55. I've tried all kinds of programs and protocols for healing over the decades and none have helped, some have been harmful. Helmut is, in my opinion, the gold standard for the mind body approach to healing and he is down to earth and approachable. I am on my way to healing for the first time. My pain levels are starting to drop and that is huge.
