Heart Health - Quantum Biology
I recorded a podcast today on topics that I don't frequently talk about as much as I did in the past. The podcast was all about quantum biology and circadian rhythms. I don't know exactly when the podcast will drop but here are my Plaud AI notes from the podcast. Drop any questions in the comments. Thanks.

With so much focus on lowering cholesterol numbers, more focus on the other contributing factors would be helpful l. Perhaps a deep dive into the 7 “root causes of arterial damage” as listed in your notes. Especially oxidative stress, inflammation and insulin resistance.
Zepbound and Repatha
What are the implications for taking both of these drugs at the same time regarding cholesterol levels. Any other potential impacts such as lowering inflammation? Thoughts about the combo GLP/PCSK9 treatment and when it will be available?
Using Readers while getting morning light exposure
I know not to wear sunglasses when getting morning sunlight but wonder about using readers or even regular prescription glasses.

I need readers to read...my specific question is do readers interfere. I know sunglasses and regular glasses are not recommended and I don't wear them. Just readers in the light.
Statins/GLP-1/PCSK9
What are your thoughts on Statins/GLP-1 metabolic impacts and do PCSK9 inhibitors create the same metabolic issues as a statin? Article that caused my question: https://community.medgeeks.co/c/medgeeks-community/statins-glp-1-and-insulin-resistance
