WHEN UNEXPECTED THINGS HAPPENS
Today I followed a free class with pastels. I never used it before. I was some 2 hours busy if no more. I was so proud of the outcome. Took pictures (Thank God🙏) to send to my children. I wanted to put in my journal. I thought pastel will erase, so I took spray that you use to protect paintings. The worse thing happened, everything went black. I share here the pictures. I said to myself: " Never happened to me something like this before, after I finished a project, but that's life, I won't be frustrated". I drew very quickly something on top of the page just to make the energy of disappointment flow. Then I printed the drawing so I can still keep it as a reminder. I really felt like: " When things go wrong just continue to flow". At least I made the experience. I can always come back and draw with pastels something intuitive. But to tell the truth, if it erases so quickly it's not my cup of tea.🤣 By the way, if someone knows what you put on top to protect I'll be happy to learn.❤️

✨ Creative Inspiration: The Artist’s Way
Have you ever felt creatively blocked, disconnected, or unsure how to get your spark back? One of the most well-known books on creative recovery is The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron. Today I wanted to share a video from a woman creator reflecting on her experience with the book and what it opened up for her. 🎥 Watch here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GfGRdGg5He8 After you watch, tell me: What part stood out most to you? Have you ever tried Morning Pages or an Artist Date? ✨

28 years ago I started with my morning pages and the artist dates. Because I wrote every day and even more pages I started to get messages/answers. That was a part of the beginning of my channeling. Until today I have the same book and grateful to Julia Cameron. Now I read your post I really would like to read it again. I assume it will be now totally different for me. Thank you.

🧵 Weekly Activation Thread: 7 Days of Expression Reset (3/10 – 3/16)
Welcome to Expression Reset week. This week, we're reconnecting with creative expression — not as performance, but as exploration. As play. As a way of saying "I'm still here." Each day, I'll post a new activation here. Share your creations, your reflections, your courage. This is a space where imperfect is the point. Let's create together. — Meka ✨ __________ ✨ Day 7: Integration & Celebration Today's Activation: You showed up this week. Even quietly. Even imperfectly. That matters. Reflect: What shifted for you? Energy? Clarity? Resistance? Momentum? Nothing yet? All of it? 👉 When you're done, share one sentence about your experience. And then — scroll back through this thread. See what everyone created. React. Comment. Celebrate. You didn't do this alone. __________ ✨ Day 6: Tiny Completion Today's Activation: Unfinished ideas drain creative energy. Today, we complete something small. Find one tiny creative task you've been putting off. Not a big project. Something that takes 10 minutes or less. Finish it. Done is medicine. 👉 When you're done, celebrate it here. What did you complete? How does it feel? __________ ✨ Day 5: Remember Who You Were Today's Activation: Before productivity. Before pressure. Before performance. There was a version of you who created freely. Think of something you loved creating as a child or a younger version of yourself. Now recreate it. Draw it. Write about it. Sing it. Make it in 5 minutes. Not for output. For memory. For reconnection. 👉 When you're done, share your creation. And tell us: What did you create back then? How does it feel to make it again? Then: React to someone else's memory. Comment on what moves you. __________ ✨ Day 4: Imperfect on Purpose Today's Activation: Perfection is one of the fastest ways to shut creativity down. Today, we practice intentional imperfection. Create something you would normally judge as "not good enough." Make it messy. Make it raw. Make it unfiltered. Bad sketch. Unpolished paragraph. Voice memo with no script. Blurry photo. Weird color combo.

Hello all, my name is Jeanette, but everyone calls me JB, i currently enjoy creating earth art using things from the earth. But I'm a Gemini with several outlets and picking one is just to complicated for me. Thinking is could be my block, not focusing in on one thing. I'm excited to connect with everyone.

@Jeanette Banda Hi nice to meet you. I'm also Geminis and the same, I like to many things, interested to learn all kind of techniques, but impossible to make everything.🤣

@Jeanette Banda you know, I thought also as a bad thing that I always do many things and don't focus on one specific, until short time ago a numerologist said to me: "This is what makes you so special". From now on I'm happy and feel ok to try everything my heart feels.
DAY 5: What Feels Lighter Now? Reflect on the shift
My ability to say "no", and to set boundaries without insult and feeling the lift of another burden that's not mine to carry.

@Jeanette Banda I really can imagine how it feels, for years I didn't know how to say "no" for everything people asked from me. My husband called me at that time "Mother Teresa of Calcutta", until I understood that I needed to make a change. The first time, I felt my throat it was so difficult to get out the word "no", but then so freeing. Ever since I decided to put boundaries and respect my place, I never had problems with it anymore. I congratulate you and I'm sure you made a very big and freeing step.
