Q
I hope you're doing well. I wanted to get your thoughts on something before I make any decisions. I'm considering trying Tesamorelin and wanted to see what you think. You've been helpful with peptide questions in the past, so I figured I'd ask before moving forward. For some background, I'm a 25-year-old male. My recent labs showed: - Total testosterone: ~390 ng/dL - Free testosterone: ~50 pg/mL - LH: Low I've always tended to run on the lower end of the normal testosterone range. Lifestyle-wise, I feel like I'm doing most things right: - Strength train 3x per week (murph) - Average about 10,000 steps per day - Sleep fairly well - Stay in a calorie budget - Around 13% body fat - Take vitamin D3/K2, magnesium, boron, and zinc consistently Overall, my body composition is good, but I'd really like to improve my libido and hopefully increase my testosterone naturally if possible. I'd prefer to avoid testosterone replacement therapy, SARMs, or anything that could significantly suppress my natural production. In the past I tried Kisspeptin without noticing much benefit. Sermorelin seemed to help somewhat, but I don't really want to stay on that long-term. My questions are: - Do you think Tesamorelin is a reasonable option in my situation? - What effects, risks, or downsides should I be aware of? - Could it realistically have any positive effect on testosterone, libido, or overall well-being, or is it mainly useful for reducing visceral fat? - Are there any other peptides or treatments you think would make more sense for someone with my lab values and goals? I'd really appreciate your opinion before I decide to try anything. Thanks again for all your help.

@Adam Serge Thank you Adam, I agree I think the next step is a men's physician. My PCP told me not to worry lol. I don't feel low energy but I don't have much sex drive.
Test help
Hello for years Ive tried to boost my Test, 25yr/male. My most recent labs were 3.1 LH (Up from 1.9), 399 Test, Free test was low but I didn't test it this time. All other labs are good like thyroid and vitamins. B12 and D3 were excessive and in the high but optimal range of cholesterol. Ive tried kisspeptin didnt work, and sermoline for sleep which I think helped my LH. I take Zinc, D3 K2, Boron, and magnisum. Herbs do not work and I eat a clean diet with healthy fat. Focused on eggs, meat, and carbs around workouts. My sleep is okay like 7-8 hours. Even in college doing mma and powerlifting my total test was 420. I also am about 15% bf. Any advice on how to boost test without TrT or Sarms?

@Adam Serge Energy is Good, I just think putting on muscle is hard. My body comp is good and I like being lean but even a slight bulk leads to more fat and not muscle
