Unable to connect to Binder Cloud
I've updated to Binder 5.1.1, and I'm on an old Intel Macbook running Sequoia 15.7.7. I AM still able to make a Direct connection to my reMarkable 2 using the USB cable, but am UNABLE to get Cloud Connection to work. I've entered the device's IP address (found in reMarkable's Copyrights and Licenses) in the Binder Settings, and have entered the one-time code (many times with many attempts). I immediately get the response of "couldn't connect to reMarkable Cloud". The Diagnose Connection and Settings screenshots are included. WiFi IS enabled on the reMarkable. I've tried multiple combinations of restarting Binder and restarting the tablet. Thank you for your guidance.

Thanks for the quick response, Jason. No, it does not. I found some instructions on how to use Terminal to connect via SSH. I have the appropriate cable connecting the Mac to the tablet, and then in Terminal I enter ssh [email protected], and then a blank line appears, but about a minute later I get an operation timed out message. I don't see where I'm supposed to enter the tablet's password. I have NO experience with Terminal or SSH so I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I am not on a firewall. Thank you!
Binder app doesn't have a log-in/authentication screen
I have reinstalled the Binder desktop app on my Mac MULTIPLE times thinking I made a mistake somewhere, but there is NO log-in / authentication screen when I open the app. I am taken directly to the Connect screen with all the icons in the left margin locked. It says I need to enter a valid license key. BUT WHERE? This is beyond frustrating since I was originally receiving responses to my email queries from support, but now they're ghosting me. Any one have an idea what's going on??

Thanks so much for responding, Jason! I'm on an old (2019) MacBook Pro running Sequoia 15.7.7. The steps I've taken: 1. Install using binder-pro-darwin-x64-v5.0.17.zip 2. Binder is automatically installed on my Desktop 3. Open the app, and the first screenshot is what I see 4. When I was told that I needed to activate, I went to the Upgrade License screen (second screenshot) and filled in my license because I couldn't find anywhere else to do anything. I initially assumed that was "activating" it, but realized it isn't. 5. Even after doing that and existing Binder, rebooting my machine, and going back into Binder, I'm just returned to the Connect screen. THANK YOU!!!

Everything's unlocked now -- thank you so much, Jason!! And my sincere apologies for my original snarky comment about ghosting... Have a wonderful day!
