Hello, My name is ThaddeusI. I am looking to purchase this program but cannot find anyway to do that. I've searched the internet and there is no way to access it. Does it actually exist? Where is it? The first Combat Kettlebell was great and I've done it many times. I can no longer access that so moving to the next. Please help.
