🚨 How many potential customers are you losing after sending a quote?
Imagine a Home Service company sends a customer a $2,000 repair or replacement quote. The customer says, “I'll think about it.” Then… nobody follows up. The lead goes cold and the job goes to a competitor. Here's how I'd solve this with GoHighLevel automation: 👇 ✅ Automatically trigger a follow-up when a quote is sent. ✅ Send a personalized SMS after an appropriate delay. ✅ Notify the team when a customer replies or shows interest. ✅ Stop the follow-up sequence when the customer books or opts out. No more relying on someone to remember every lead manually. The goal isn't to spam customers. It's to follow up at the right time and make it easier for them to take the next step. 💬 Home service business owners: What happens after you send a quote today? Does your team follow up consistently or does it depend on someone remembering?
@Sidra Safdar Absolutely.

🚨How many leads are you losing because you reply too late?
Imagine a homeowner needs an emergency plumber. They submit a form on your website but nobody responds for 2 hours. They’ve already booked your competitor. ❌ Here’s how AI automation can solve this: ✅ Instantly respond to new leads via SMS. ✅ Use an AI agent to answer common questions. ✅ Automatically follow up with interested prospects. ✅ Book appointments directly into your calendar. The result? -- "Faster responses, fewer missed opportunities and more booked jobs — without manually chasing every lead." If you run a Home Service business, how do you currently handle new leads? 👇 Let's discuss!
@Shaban Alam Absolutely! That’s an important point. AI should help businesses respond faster, not become another bottleneck. I’d set up the workflow to identify urgent jobs, prioritize them and immediately notify the team so a human can step in when needed. The goal is to combine AI speed with human judgment, especially for emergencies.
