cardioclub

When I first joined Cardio Club, I honestly didn’t think I would make it through the first week. Between work, family, and everyday life, I didn’t think I could find the time. Surprisingly, it wasn’t as hard as I imagined! Taking that time each day has shown me that I can prioritize myself and my health. The daily chat with the members and Mariana makes such a difference. Everyone keeps each other accountable and motivated, especially on the days you don’t feel like doing it. So glad I joined!
