My daughter is her own person but seeing her confidence, her intelligence and how quickly she makes friends. I was her and I had the chance to give her support, be there for her. I had my meltdowns, had massive fights with my husband, and lost my temper, but she's living proof that apologising when I messed up, being present when she needed someone, all the effort I put in, even if it wasn't perfect was good enough. I am so proud of her and her sister. They have a confidence that I never had as a kid

When I signed on for this I honestly didn't know what to expect, I know I didn't expect any AI or such a huge community of people like me sharing the exploits of living with ADHD. I was just looking for a little insight as to what i've been dealing with, the stuff that no one ever told me about. What I received was more than just a little insight, this was huge in so many ways. I just read my Final Report HOLY CRAP when you see it in plain words that is understandable it is jaw dropping, my head is still spinning, my heart is pounding, eyes are watered up, this is more than i could've imagined. Why wasn't I told this when I was diagnosed. I don't know ow if I should be pissed or happy. I will say THANK YOU JIM!!!! for this enlightenment i can't begin to tell you what this means to me.

I'm going through everything from the first days of the challenge. My open loop, the problem is, it's sharing things on my personal Facebook account onto my business account which means once I start I can't stop. Although I think what's stopping me is feeling like I need to share about 20 things all at once. With my memory just randomly dropping information on a regular basis I try to do everything when I think of it. I will. Walk around verbally repeating a list to make sure I remember everything, it's exhausting. I'll make myself lunch and close the loo by sharing one reel to my business page
