Ilana and her team are magic! I just started my second week in the program and have already experienced breakthroughs in my lower and mid back and my shoulders and neck! I was shocked at how fast results showed up. In tonight’s class I experienced a trauma release for the first time and wow, powerful stuff! I’m so grateful to be here and excited to see just how far this healing and enlivening journey goes! Very highly recommended!! ❤️❤️❤️
