What’s one thing you do consistently that has made the biggest difference in your business?
We spend a lot of time chasing the next strategy, tool, or productivity hack. But when I look back at what’s actually moved the needle in my own business, it usually comes down to consistency. Showing up. Following up. Improving one system at a time. Building relationships. None of those things are flashy, but they compound. I’d love to hear from you… What’s one habit, routine, or system you’ve been consistent with that’s made your business easier or more successful? Let’s steal some good ideas from each other. 👇

I’ve got a couple of landing pages and forms that I copy and make into what I need. It saves me a lot of time with GHL. Networking events in person have also been helpful but they are ones that are very intent on building relationships not just promoting business.
Myth: Feeling scattered, overwhelmed, and like you're constantly playing catch-up is just part of running a business.
I don't think it has to be. Some seasons are genuinely busy. That's real. But carrying everything in your head, forgetting things, jumping between tabs, feeling like you're always behind, and ending every day wondering what you actually accomplished...that's not a requirement for being a business owner. Neither is collecting Facebook groups you'll never open again. 😉 That's actually one of the reasons I started The Operations Room. Not to give you one more thing to keep up with. To help take things off your plate. To create breathing room. To build simple systems that support the way your brain actually works. To have conversations with people who understand what it's like to carry a business and still want a life outside of it. You don't have to have it all together before you belong here. And you don't have to keep believing that stress and chaos are the price of building something meaningful. 🤍 I'm curious...what's one thing in your business you've started to believe is "just the way it is," even though maybe it doesn't have to be?

That I’m going to forget some piece of the tech puzzle between landing page and then getting on a zoom.
If you've been quietly watching The Operations Room...this is for you. 🤍
Something that's surprised me this week... As I've been welcoming new members and reading everyone's onboarding responses, a pattern keeps emerging. Nobody has asked for more hustle. Nobody has asked for more productivity hacks. Instead, I've heard things like: "Help lol." "Community and assistance." "Trying not to get burnt out from doing everything myself." Those words have stayed with me. They remind me that The Operations Room isn't really about systems. It's about creating enough breathing room that your business starts supporting your life again instead of consuming it. Thank you to everyone who's trusted me enough to share where you are. You're shaping this community just as much as I am. 🤍 I'd love to ask you... What's one thing that feels heavier in your business than it should right now?

I switched to GHL and I’m still trying to remember all the set up like tagging and directly to an email etc. I don’t have those things put in place.
