Fear of Judgment
👉 Watch the lesson. Action Steps: ✅ Post something vulnerable today. Something real. ✅ DM 3 people and offer to help them—focus on service, not self. What’s one thing you’ve held back on because of judgment? Drop it in the comments—then go do it anyway.

I grew up and sometimes bullied by kids in school. I could care a less what anybody thinks of me. EXCEPT my kids, parents and close family. My current husband is extremely critical. So I have to hide this. He sees a video and he reeks me out all the time. Calls me names, tells me no one will ever like My content…. I’m artistic and creative and I know he’s wrong. But I have to block him for peace. So it’s not fear really other than having to listen to a very critical unsupportive person. He must really be unhappy or jealous.

@Brian O'Neill thank you. I have a cousin that joins my community and she called me today happy that I’m doing this! Somone else in my corner! 😅
Quick Q?
So, not sure if this is a violation of anything. But I sent emails to my list, posted on socials. But here’s what I did. I basically begged. Prizes for signing up before 11/1/2026, Prizes for referrals (that actually join) and the one with most referals wins grand prize. What prises are? My small biz has merch. Grand prize for person that refers the most and they actually signed up. Gift card and merch and ebook stickers etc Other smaller prizes. I took marketing in high school and LOVED IT! I took a different path than college and have owned multiple successful businesses. My reasoning is this. I have the products. I could pay for advertising. But right now instead I will use My products to get word of mouth referals. These people already follow me. They already bought into this. What ya all think? Copy of email.

@Brian O'Neill THANK YOU! Ya I just screen shotted the email my son got. Everyones name on list gets their own name there. I have More emails going out about life and community and so I appreciate this a ton. I will work on my content more. I feel kind of spread out at the moment organizing it all. But some of it once built is always there and I just promote while Others are creating. No job so this is my full time job right now. I’d be happy to get 50 but put 100. LOL. But hey. Even 10 is better than no one. This area is new for Me so it’s learn in front of 300 or 10. And nest week I have a product available that I promote and use making webinars. And how to make it all. The behind the scenes. Nobody is showing this. And I’m so excited and almost ready. 😂
So??! What now?
I do not want To Call out ANYONE here. Do we just decline? Give one chance? Like I don’t really have time for this…. I’m not a person to help someone connect. That’s not my lane and I admit It.
So??! What now?

@Brian O'Neill thanks. I’m glad I asked. As tempting as it is to say “cool another member” I don’t know Much about this community. I’ve been working long and hard on my long YouTube script! And lost a family member yesterday so wasn’t much motivate on socials when that happens.

@Jim Justice joined this free group on March 3. Last week YouTube monetized him. On March 3, a guy I never met before name Jim joined PYOB. Free. Same as you. When he joined, I asked what problem he'd solve first if he had a magic wand. He wrote one word. Overthinking. Ten days later he joined Mindset Skool. Four days after that he came back in here and wrote a post telling all of you why. It's linked right here if you want to read it. The last line is the whole thing. "This is the choice I made, no regrets. You have to decide for yourself." April 4 he joined my mastermind. That's YouTube Sales School now. Then he went to work. He opened his own Skool community. He started making YouTube videos. And I want to be straight with you, because this part matters. It did not go smooth. Nine videos. Five subscribers. Most people quit right there. Honestly, I'd have understood if he did. He kept going. I audited his channel and told him which video to make next. Title and all. He made it. Posted it September 18. One week later. 243,000 views. 1,022 subscribers. He started with 5. 6,500 watch hours. 132 new leads. People paying him inside his own Skool community. And his channel is monetized. That was week one. As I write this, that video is past 450,000 views. He's at 1,800 subscribers. 280 leads. And he already put up his next video. It's pulling leads too. 207 days. Free member in this group to monetized on YouTube. Last week he posted this in our Wins channel. "The numbers on the left are ridiculous. I really don't know what to think. The numbers to the right are what I'm interested in and need work." "Brian didn't give up on me and my sometimes scatterbrain approach to things." I appreciate that, Jim. I really do. But I want everyone reading this to hear me. Jim made that video. Jim hit record. Jim pushed publish nine times to five people and came back for the tenth.

Wow. Cool story.
Identity Conflict
👉 Watch the lesson. Action Steps: ✅ Choose one new identity habit. Example: “I create content weekly because I’m a business owner.” ✅ Speak it out loud daily: “I am a business owner. I solve problems. I help people.” What identity are you stepping into now? Drop your new “I am…” statement below.

5 out of 5. I am going to tell you why though. Bite sized but I did all of them. Even the ones I don’t personally deal with helps me understand psychology of my customers or my family and friends and I’d LOVE to just share each one with that person or persons. While some might be better than others really all are great. Worth money. !!!
