Do you ever feel like you KNOW what you need to do to get healthier…but you just can’t seem to get your momentum back?
Maybe you’re tired. Maybe you’re stuck. Or maybe you just need some fresh encouragement to put God back at the center of your health journey. That’s why I want you to join us for Momentum 2026: A Faith-Fueled Wellness Experience, September 18th and 19th. And guess what? We’re coming to YOU—it’s completely virtual! Two days to be encouraged, refueled, and reminded that you don’t have to do this alone. Come get your momentum back. Join us! Click here to register.

Disappointed it is not in person!
A Win is a Win!!
I know I have asked this before but it is one of my favorite questions: What was your most recent non-scale victory? Sometimes we forget how important our wins are that don't involve the scale.

This week is the first week pain free since getting injured from exercise classes in February. Thankful for my physical therapist who gave me the right exercises and watched my form and now able to walk and go upstairs pain free!

@Sherrie Carroll thanks Sherrie! I am so thankful! I was praying surrendering my body to the Lord last Sunday and if this was my new normal that I can glorify Him through the pain.
Thank your body❤️
What is something that your body allowed you to do this week that you are thankful for?

@Mary White thanks so much for sharing! So inspiring and encouraging to me!
What are you hearing?
Is there something that you feel God is gradually revealing to you at this time? Do you feel equipped to respond in the way that He wants you to?

@Sherrie Carroll I understand! They waited so long to plan and announce this event I’m sure it’s going to affect so many ladies’ schedules. Several friends have gone to Upper peninsula of Michigan recently so I’m sure you’re going to have a wonderful time! I’ll be at Momentum but not Wellness week

@Debbie Behling I really appreciate the Bible studies you create. I’m in week 4 of Living the Lessons of Jesus- so much in here I’ll have to spend more time processing, but main thing right now is cost of discipleship denying myself instead of indulging myself and stewardship of my body. Will you be at Momentum? I would like to meet you
Always seeking….
How have you seen God at work in your life this week?

I went to SC this week to visit my parents who have been godly examples. My dad is 95, broke his neck at age 91 and wore a brace for 2 1/2 years until it fully healed and then broke his hip and had a partial hip replacement. My mom who will be 92 this month broke her hip during Covid. We had a great time together playing games and shopping and so blessed to have them walking and exercising.

I am a believer of Jesus Christ and yet have been a yo-yo dieter most of my life. I have been married 35 years and have 3 grown adult children.
