Thank you so much for this... I tend not to talk negatively to myself which I'm really pleased I don't have but I do have a constant chatter of 'to dos' and 'mustn't forgets' and planning which is pretty continuous. 🥴

My win for this week is making it to the end of the first full week of the return to school and work after the 7 weeks summer holidays. It's great to feel like we've got through the first week and getting into the new routines for this academic year 😊

This reminder has come at the right time! It's been manic this week and so tempting to keep going and yet I know a rest makes all the difference 😊

My win has been fully embracing the final week of the children's summer holidays from school and almost completing the charity painted Bear Hunt Trail... we were away for most of the summer and it finishes next week so I was worried we wouldn't get to complete it but it's looking like we will. 81 out of 83 found and plans to finish and complete tomorrow with a friend also completing the trail 😊

@Janet Wilson it's flown by ... i find the first 2 weeks feel like a lovely pace and then i blink and the other 4 wks fly by! My son is off til Monday which is late so thursday and friday were lovely going out! Felt like we were the only ones! (Just how I like it!)
