This has been a life-changing experience. After 22 years in recovery and tens of thousands of dollars spent on therapy, Tanya has completely given me a new perspective on how to look at things. Such as correction does not equal connection, your relationship will not be healed with an apology and my daughter does not feel safe with me and showed me why that is.
Now I know what to say and how to say it. I wish I did it perfectly each time but our relationship is greatly improved and I’m thrilled.
