The screenshot shows 3 booked, 0 showed on V5. That’s too small to diagnose statistically, but it does tell me the booking itself isn’t creating enough commitment yet. Change the triage call. Don’t just ask where they are and where they want to go. Before booking, ask something like: “If we can show you a realistic way to get from X to Y, are you actually looking to solve this now?” Then: “Anything that would stop you from showing up tomorrow at 2?” Make them verbally confirm. After booking, send a personal text: “Got you down for 2pm tomorrow. I’m going to look at what you’re doing now and come prepared with a few ideas. Still good?” If they reply yes, show rate usually gets better because now they’ve made a micro-commitment. Also test a same-day / next-24-hours calendar only. The longer the gap, the colder they get. And track: Booked → confirmed by text → showed
Trying to find the right hire..
Hey everyone 👋 Finally at a point in my agency where I have a solid client base running Meta ads and I'm starting to hit a wall with capacity. I'm torn between two hires and would love some input from people who've been here: Option A — Freelance Ad Creative Specialist Someone who can take raw footage I provide and/or use ai tools to produce high converting ad creatives (video + static) for my clients every two weeks. This is eating up a lot of my time right now and keeping me from focusing on growth. Option B — Junior Media Buyer / Ads Manager Someone to take on a few of my ad accounts so I can step back from day to day campaign management and focus on client acquisition. My instinct is to start with the creative person first since that's my biggest bottleneck right now .. Main question: Where are you finding good people for either of these roles? I want someone who actually understands Meta and direct response, not just a general video editor or VA. Any insight would be huge. Thanks 🙏

Your instinct is right. Once creative is off your plate and capacity opens up, then hire the junior media buyer.
How to avoid using the same ads if all my clients are the same niche
Hi everyone, just wondering how do we stay in the same niche without using the same angles/creatives for paid ads and lead magnets? For example if I’m working for mortgage brokers wont they all need the same lead magnets? I don’t understand how I differentiate so I’m not using the same ads for all my clients.

You don’t need a totally different funnel for every client. Same niche = same core pains. What changes is: who they target first-time buyers vs refinancers vs investors vs self-employed what they’re offering rate review, borrowing-power check, refinance audit, deposit guide their market location, loan size, property type, local conditions their proof different case studies, numbers, stories, expertise their angle speed, certainty, savings, borrowing capacity, less paperwork, niche expertise So two mortgage brokers can both use a “borrowing power” lead magnet and still look completely different. The mistake would be cloning the exact same ad + promise + creative across every client. Keep the framework and customize the market + angle + proof.
Stock footage + voice over ads?
1. where do i get stock footage videos (i mean do we need to get the paid stock footage site subscriptions or make it with free sites how important is that?) 2. do stock footage ads work now? (i am in contractor niche..it feels cognitively expensive for me to believe stock footage voiceover ads work)

Why not just generate what you need from Veo 3 or similar tools?
Waterproofing niche
Hey guys, thinking of choosing to provide lead gen services to waterproofing companies. I have experience working for one and noticed a lot of people like to call to book a quote instead of submit a form. They sometimes also directly email enquires. For example, they’ll literally copy and paste the email on the contact page and write an email from the app manually rather than clicking the email hyperlink on the contact page that would automatically open their email app, which would allow for easier tracking. I’m curious on the best way to approach tracking results for phone call and email leads. When I did some marketing for the company I worked at, the phone rang a lot more which is how we knew the ads were working but was really hard to track ROAS. In fact I couldn’t even track ROAS, with the way the company had things set up. Any pointers?

Services like CallRail or Twilio let you assign a unique tracking number per channel (one for Google Ads, one for Facebook, one for organic/direct, etc). Whoever calls that number gets logged with source data, and you can even set it up so the number dynamically swaps based on which ad or page they came from, so you know exactly which campaign drove which call. The copy-paste-into-their-own-email-app behavior you're describing is actually the harder one to solve for, cause there's no click to track. Put a unique-per-channel email alias on each landing page or ad (like [email protected] vs [email protected]), so even if they type it manually, which inbox it lands in tells you the source. Or, put the phone number and email inside a UTM-tracked landing page as an image instead of live text, forcing them through the page's own tracked click instead of grabbing the raw text off the page directly.
