Your AI is giving you worse call feedback the longer your session runs.
Not because the tool is bad. Because of how AI sessions actually work. Every recording you upload goes into one bucket. Every message sent. Every question asked. Every revision made. When that bucket fills up, quality drops. Generic feedback. Forgotten context. Output that sounds like it came from someone who stopped paying attention halfway through. There is a name for it: context rot. I heard about it on an LGJ team call. Two tools built specifically to fix it. Went straight to GitHub. Checked every fork. Found the dominant versions by star count. GSD: 65,000 stars. Oh My Claudecode: 37,000. 102,000 combined. Almost nobody in this community is using either. I had both installed before dinner. GSD structures what Claude sees at each phase of your work. Instead of flooding the context window with everything at once, it feeds Claude exactly what it needs, when it needs it. One terminal command installs 68 global skills that activate automatically across every project you open. Oh My Claudecode handles multi-agent orchestration. You describe the task. It figures out how to split the work across specialized agents and runs them in parallel. Automatically. Both free. Both open source. GSD: npx get-shit-done-cc@latest Oh My Claudecode: /plugin marketplace add https://github.com/Yeachan-Heo/oh-my-claudecode The closers pulling the most out of AI right now aren't just using better prompts. They're upgrading what runs underneath. You have already felt your AI sessions degrading. Now you have a name for it. And a fix. Ian Kirk

One add on this before anyone installs both. If you're watching your Claude usage, go easy on Oh My Claudecode first. It runs multiple agent sessions in parallel, which can burn credits fast. GSD is built the opposite way, it feeds Claude less at once on purpose. Wanted to flag that before anyone gets surprised by their bill.
I turned off my phone for 4 years and moved to the mountains
It was the best sales training I never paid for. Most people confuse confidence with certainty. They are not the same thing. In 2008 I had a thriving real estate business, an MLM organization doing serious numbers, and a 10 million dollar land development in progress. Then one executive dispute dissolved all of it. Overnight. I didn't just lose the money. I lost the identity I had built around making money. So I turned off my phone and moved to the mountains. Not a sabbatical. Not a rebrand. I was broken. Four years. Cold air. Exhausted beginners on ski slopes. A lot of time to think. Here is what that silence taught me that no sales course ever has: The people who rebuild after real failure don't come back with a better system. They come back knowing who they are separate from their results. That is what actually closes deals. Confidence says: I think this will work. Certainty says: I know who I am regardless of whether it does. Buyers feel that difference before you say a word. I came back from the mountains at 48 and closed $558K in 14 months. Not because I found the perfect script. Because I stopped needing the sale to tell me I was good enough. That is the thing nobody puts in their sales course. And it is the only thing that cannot be copied. Ian Kirk

I built an AI coach to review my own sales calls. It found something I didn't want to see.
You cannot see yourself on a call. You feel like you're doing the right things. The frame feels solid. The questions feel sharp. The close feels close. And then they go quiet and you don't know why. I built a coach to fix that. Not because I'm a developer. I'm not. Because I was losing deals I should have closed and I couldn't figure out where they were going. I built Call Reflekt Coach. After every call, I drop in the transcript. It breaks down exactly where I lost the frame. Where I pitched too early. Where I let the prospect lead me somewhere I shouldn't have gone. Then it writes a coaching note and a follow-up email. It is like having a coach in the room who is never tired and never polite about what went wrong. Here is what I found in the first month: I was giving away authority in the first four minutes of almost every call. Small things. Letting them redirect. Answering questions before I'd established the frame. Sounding helpful when I should have sounded certain. The coach caught it every time. If you are closing deals on the phone and you're not reviewing your calls with AI, you are leaving money on the table. You just don't know exactly where it's going yet. That is the part worth fixing. Expert Session w/ John Schuette - Unfuck your Mindset
Expert Session for RSS members - 20 spots ๐Ÿ‘‡ The Most Empowering Sales Belief is true, and causes you the most success in sales. The long list of limiting beliefs you have around sales cause you to second guess, self sabotage, and do 1/10 the total commission you could produce. Now, โ€œmost empowering sales beliefโ€ is kind of gay for one reason: itโ€™s a belief. Itโ€™s not fact. Right now, your limits are based on lies, called limiting beliefs. When you operate based on the truth, then you have no limits, but thereโ€™s no such thing as a โ€œmost empoweringโ€ belief. Youโ€™re a spiritual being. Youโ€™re capable of ANYTHING, without exception. Thatโ€™s the truth. Anything less than that is a lie, or a limiting belief. If you want to challenge all the fears, doubts, limiting beliefs, negative thoughts etc, that get in the way of your sales calls, and your sales career, then show up. If youโ€™ve got 100% of everything figured out, and youโ€™re already playing the biggest game possible in sales, donโ€™t show up. Go do anything else. But if you know there is something holding you back Then this is for you. Itโ€™s time. Tuesday, June 30 @ 4pm PST. Bring a notebook, bring questions, and invite a pal.
