I recommend Lion Tree to anyone interested in Kabbalah or looking to explore a new approach to improving mental and emotional wellness. The content of the course is really interesting and the sessions are engaging, delivered in a teaching style that is lighthearted but sincere. The guided meditations offered in the course are very healing and unlike any other meditation practice I have done before. I have not been doing it for long but it is already helping me to break down emotional blockages.
