Thank you for sharing. This concept of creating communities in which Ricans can come together to invest in PR and keep it in the “family” is an excellent way for many to get into this business. This is the exact concept I had in mind. I have been contemplating for a long time how to get started. I am in Cabo Rojo and everything is crazy expensive. I’ve had a few hiccups with some business ideas involving other people that were not as serious. Honestly, I can keep adding excuses to justify my lack of commitment. The truth is, it’s a scary process, especially trying to do it on your own without understanding the real estate market in PR or having a network of people. I love the idea of investing and I know that real estate is my passion. My first investment was the Charleston Sheets program back in the late 90’s 😬 showing my age here. But seriously, I joined FIRE with all the right intentions but I haven’t truly dedicated time to explore the opportunities. I will look at your calendar of events to see if there are any seminars/ workshops to jumpstart my participation and get more involved. It’s a mindset adjustment!
