The Purvida community and Josh Treverrow are both amazing resources for folks looking for support as they recover, heal and age with grace. Whether you are sixty or eighty plus, you will find Josh, the founder, very responsive, focused, helpful and easy to work with.  His breadth of knowledge of the body, nutrition and physical therapy is quite remarkable.  On top of that, he is funny and personable.  He has built a warm and supportive community and serves members well.  Purvida is wonderful!
