Hey everyone, I’m Ivan with Talonvest Capital here in Newport Beach. We help owners/developers line up debt for acquisitions, refis, construction financing, etc and also work on select equity raises. We’ve worked on small bay financing across a number of markets, and I joined to get more involved in the space and connect with people who are active in it. Looking forward to connecting with some of you!
