Let's talk about creatine.
Because I see this question coming up constantly in the community and I want to give you a straight answer. Creatine is one of the most well-researched supplements on the planet. The science on it is not ambiguous. It supports strength, power output, muscle recovery, and, something a lot of men over 40 don't realise, cognitive function. Brain health. That alone makes it worth a conversation. For men in this community, I think it's worth considering. Not because it's a magic pill. Because it's one of the few supplements that actually has decades of research behind it and a clear mechanism for how it works. Here's what I'll tell you though. Creatine does not work in a vacuum. If your diet is garbage, if you're not training consistently, if you're sleeping four hours a night, creatine is not going to save any of that. It works in the context of a solid foundation. Five grams a day. Consistent. That's it. No loading phase needed. No complicated timing. Just take it daily and let it do its job over time. And as always, quality matters. Don't go cheap on this. Know what's in what you're putting in your body. Are you currently taking creatine, and have you noticed a difference since starting it? Drop it below. 👇

I am working our only 3 days a week taking a day of rest.In between I am doing also my walking. All I am taking is raw garlic each day one or two cloves, with meal of course, stay out of junk food,as much as possible, especially sugar, and this have worked for me for years, plus Beef Liver tablets, but again I am not saying this is cure all or will work for everybody but it does work for me in many ways,if you cant tolerate strong smell you can get garlic in pills form wih no smell,in most health food stores. Also I have found that for me sleeping well minimum of 7-8 hours every night is must.If you shortchange yourself with sleep no amount of any supplement can replace good restful sleep every night.I am over 80 now and many people give me 10-15 years less, which I will take any time,if I only could return time clock back:)
