I am seeing about scheduling the best time that would work for most, obviously I understand I couldn’t accommodate everyone’s schedule at once, but I’d be happy to get a few days/times that you would prefer. Please comment below 😇 I am thinking a Sunday morning or evening session personally. Hey beautiful souls, My name is Max, founder of Flow Thyself. I’m from New Hampshire, and I’m deeply passionate about healing, growth, self-mastery, and helping people reconnect back to their true nature through practices like breathwork, yoga, meditation, movement, and conscious living. I am also super passionate about connecting like minded individuals and bringing people together. I am so blessed to have met so many beautiful people on this walk of life, each carrying their own unique energy, wisdom, and light. A big intention behind creating this Skool community is to bring like-minded people together, giving people access to more beautiful connections with others on this path of growth, healing, and consciousness. A space to inspire one another, support one another, and truly build a beautiful community rooted in love, presence, and authenticity. 🧡 I’ve been teaching yoga for over 2 years, am Reiki certified, and have been facilitating breathwork ceremonies and experiences for the past few years through my community Flow Thyself. In 2023, I traveled to Rythmia Life Advancement Center for an ayahuasca retreat that profoundly shifted my life and deepened my path toward healing, presence, gratitude, and connection to God, myself, and others. Since then, practices like yoga, breathwork, meditation, and intentional living have become a huge part of my life. I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with their true nature and creating spaces where people can breathe, heal, grow, and awaken together. I also resonate deeply with freedom maximalism, valuing sovereignty, self responsibility, and living a more decentralized life rooted in health, consciousness, community, and freedom. Bitcoin has become a big part of that philosophy for me as well. Flow Thyself is simply a space for like-minded individuals walking the path of healing, awakening, health, freedom, and self-discovery together. A space to share practices, wisdom, experiences, and inspiration that help us become the highest versions of ourselves.

This space was created for those who feel the call to go inward — to explore the breath, conscious practices, overall health, vitality, and longevity in a way that’s real, embodied, and lived. Breathwork, movement, stillness, routine, self-inquiry… these are practices that have deeply shaped my life, and this community exists to share what’s helped me so it may serve you too. Nothing forced. Nothing dogmatic. Just tools, experiences, and conversations that support living with more clarity, presence, and vitality. I’m genuinely looking forward to building this space with like-minded individuals — learning together, growing together, and walking this path with intention. More videos coming soon.
