Before it publishes, the audit counts its findings against its fix list, and the 2 numbers have to match. 2. Every fix gets measured: - Who it hits: your customers and money, your work, or the agent. - How much: a counted number, like 649 people or 4 phases behind. - How bad: Money, Lost work, Slows the agent, or Polish. 3. Everything gets ranked. The heaviest weight goes first, and the most important fixes are named at the top in plain words. 4. It tests everything, not 3 of each. Every guard and every "done" line gets checked, and every mistake is planted in every shape it comes in. Planting 2 shapes is how today's email guard hole showed up. 5. Old fixes carry forward. Any fix the last audit left open stays on the report until it's fixed. 6. It fixes everything on your go.
