Do you allow off platform links in your group posts from members?
This is a question I have been toying with and I feel a bit conflicted. Do you allow members to post and include links to off platform content? If no, how to you set it up? I have just had a member post a YT short. I feel like I don’t want to allow them but at the same time I don’t want to be knocking people back. Would love to know your thoughts

@Brenda Rigney I probably need to focus on what the end game is and be clear what acceptable posts are. I might change my post instructions.
🧐 How are you getting discovered outside your own community?
This is the part I'm deliberately working on right now, and I'm curious how everyone else is approaching it. I've realized I've spent a LOT more time working on what happens once someone finds my community... while not spending nearly enough time on how they find me in the first place. 😂 So right now I'm experimenting with being more active in a few Skool communities where I genuinely enjoy participating, trying to post more consistently on social media, YouTube, and looking for opportunities to get in front of other people's audiences. But this is the part that feels least natural to me. For those of you who are getting members who didn't already know you, what are you actually doing that's helping them discover you? Not necessarily what gets the most members. I'm also curious what feels sustainable enough that you can keep doing it without turning marketing into your entire day. 😄

Great question - like you I have been focusing on what I'm doing in the group, I haven't spent much time on getting people into the group, and it now needs to be my focus as well. I am not sure what I'm going to be doing, so this question is really great for me.

🔥 Black Friday isn't just for big box retailers.
You don't need inventory. You don't need a warehouse. And you definitely don't need to slash your prices by 70%. Black Friday is a buying season and solopreneurs can absolutely take advantage of it. Big retailers use Black Friday to move inventory. Solopreneurs can use it to move customers to their next level. And THAT is where Black Friday gets interesting. 🔥 I just dropped everything you need inside our 🆕 🏕️ The Black Friday Momentum Bundle ...and hosting a workshop: Black Friday Sales on Sept 3 RESCHEDULED

Managing Your Energy
As midlife women, energy is one of those things — some of us have it, and some of us are getting by on caffeine, food and naps. I used to manage to get to the school somehow without falling asleep at the wheel, then hope I was early enough to grab a sleep before they came out. I'm curious — how are you all sustaining your energy through the day? Is there anything that's genuinely made a difference for you, or is it still a bit of a mystery most days? One thing that's helped me more than almost anything else: paying attention to the first thing I eat in the day and making sure it isn't dessert in disguise — nothing quick and sweet. Sounds small, but it's changed how the rest of my day feels. Would love to hear what's working (or not working) for you. 👇

@Deb Spotleson wow that’s an early start. Yes magnesium features highly in my day. Both at the beginning and the end.
