Our community generates 800-1500 Daily Activities a day. 📍𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. If it's getting to be too much: 1. Turn off email notifications. 2. Reduce them to weekly 3. Pick two days a week to come into the community (versus swearing off of it!!) Drop me a 🔥 if this is helpful

Big belief I’m working with ⤵️
People stay when they feel they’re making progress. (see infographic attached) So I’m curious: In the last 30 days, what’s one small win you’ve had related to launching & leading your Skool community? It can be tiny. Share it here so we can: - Celebrate it - Learn from each other’s wins - Design more of what actually helps you move forward I’ll go first in the comments with my own win.

@Cheri Baumann Roberts I get you - I think by running everyone in that cohort at the same time increases the community feel/support. I'm in the nutrition and fitness area and I know that starting at the same time could work well but I feel that I would need to offer that and evergreen. I've followed another skool community in a similar area and she runs an evergreen plan and every few months advertises a * week challenge and brings new ladies in by a certain date. You may be able to do both in your niche?

@Cheri Baumann Roberts You're welcome. My thought is as I only run a free group at the moment and I have 1 lady in VIP who's getting 1:1 support. My plan is to open up a low ticket group and use a 7-day challenge in my free group which naturally leads them into the low ticket group at the end. It's just finding enough to help them get that quick win, that's the bit I'm working on and procrastinating over!!
Did you see this new ⭐ Review Feature?
Skool just added this prompt for paid members to leave a review. It appears just below the comment tab, and community feed on the home page. You won't see it in your community (only the ones you are a paid member in). How are you utilizing the Reviews Feature in your community?

I have one paid member and she’s just started VIP, the rest are in my free tier. Launching my low ticket tier in a couple of weeks🤞
✅ Automating Your Content Flywheel
What used to take me a three hours a week, and multiple platforms, I am now getting it all done with Claude and Higgsfield.ai in a span of 10-15 mins Plus, I eliminated Canva Pro, chatGPT Pro, Loom and Riverside which was costing me $250/month. WATCH HERE ⤵️ Also, @Amber Manley is teaching us all about using the dynamic duo on August 27 HERE

Tired of the menopause middle, bloating & 3pm crashes? I help women 50+ fix it at the root — gut, blood sugar & movement🪷backed by science, not fads.
