The Mystic's Prayer Path: Prayer, Meditation, Intuitive Journaling, Mystic experiences 🙏🌹 I've been doing some research into other traditions that may suggest a similar pathway through the body - which is to start in the head and attune to the Divine before descending into the body, and then returning once the chakras have been opened, tuned and made resonant with the ideas in the Prayer. This is what I've found so far! ✨ 💫Indian Śaiva traditions: Divine power or grace understood as descending 💫Pseudo-Dionysian Christianity: Divine illumination, procession and return 💫Hesychasm: Prayer, stillness and attentive movement towards the heart 💫Kabbalah: Emanation from higher to lower levels 💫Hermeticism: Descent into embodied existence and subsequent ascent These are comparative parallels, and not proven sources of Cayce's precise sequence, but I still find it very interesting! The Rosicrucian connection also deserves a little attention, as the research identified the book 'The Rosicrucian Cosmo-Conception' by Max Heindel written in 1909. It discusses the Lord's Prayer, pituitary and pineal bodies, and spiritualised sexual currents within the same chapter (not surprised @Julie Humphreys 🤗) It all seems to flow back to Ancient Egypt and Atlantean times. Would love to get my hands on that book 🤣 Meanwhile, here is an image that Marycris helped me create 🌹You can see that in Cayce's path the Brow is associated with the Pituitary, the colour Violet and is the highest centre, as the energy comes up and across the head like a Cobra rising, before the pineal and pituitary fire together. My home 😂 And while the current home renovation will reach a completion. Do we? Or are we continually re-constructing ourselves? (In a good way) Striving to be better, more content, more at peace. To shift it up. To learn & grow, & to try something new? And to accept as we go. To Strive & To Accept 🙏 I’m definitely going through one of those phases atm, & there are times in our life where we feel the push a little more than others. Life often gives us that push (thanks life 🤗😪) For me it’s come from a recent trauma. And while I have recovered (honestly - thanks to this practice ❤️‍🔥🌷🙏) - the shake up persists. Just like in a home renovation, I feel stripped back. Again. In a good way. In a way that’s allowed me to truly reconnect with what is most important - to me. And to lose interest in everything else. And you can see that reflected in this site at the moment. I’m repurposing where appropriate, trying on new colours, & slowly getting closer to being able to offer what I’m here to offer. On this planet to offer. To the planet itself 🌎 To others 💕 To myself 🙇‍♀️ So tell me - are you going through a period of more intense reconstruction right now? Or are you wanting to?? I have a confession to make. Things have changed for me since I competed the 90 day (mmm 18 month 😂) practice , which was toward the end of last year. I wondered how I could share the story with others, and keep working as a Psychologist? I jumped into creating a course and came under the guidance of 'marketers' who told me I was too 'woo'. So I dropped the Eraser teaching from the story... to make myself more 'universally appealing'. However, it never quite happened. There was something in me that really couldn't bring into being. And then this year happened. Trauma came to my door more than once. We started home renovations. Had we had to travel for work for more than a month. And all of this took me away from my own meditation practice. The one I'm trying to convice you - You need to try! 🤦‍♀️ What I was able to do however, was type the journal notes. This was actually a blessing as revisiting the journey, the insights, the experiences, the joy - and the Love, was definately healing. Statements throughout like 'God feels it twice' and 'Higher Love is Soul's Vision' and 'The descent into matter is where all of this gets the opportutnity TO MATTER'... kept coming back, moving through me for a second pass, and bringing the flow of energy with it. I can feel it again now - hence the focus here on journaling the experience. The paired movements. For a while it felt enough. Yesterday, however, I knew it was time to return. And what I realised is the practice had changed the shape of me - energetically. Not that it was all good in there! There was no need for more emotional excavation in the Solar however, just more tending. Less 'what must I clear?' and more 'what is here now, and what wants to be nourished?' When I entered into the Solar centre, it was dim. Previously I had seen myself toiling in a garden under the Light - the Sun (Son) in the sky - clearing bracken and thorns, and planting seeds of forgiveness, compassion, peace, acceptance... forgetting even. Over time the vision and the energy of the centre changed - and the flowers grew.
