GROK BOT
Hi everyone! I wanted to open this thread to see what are your thoughts of the new GrokBot. I've heard amazing things, I've seen the videos, compared it with Jake's ICM and I think there is some good value there. Not perfect, and somethings lack, but wanted to see who has tested it, used it, etc. That $200 subscription is a real killer 🫠
📊 POLL: What industry are you actually building for?
We talk about folders all day, but the folders are FOR something. I want to know what... 🎖️Bonus points: comment with the single most painful manual process in your industry. The best comp entries come from exactly those answers.

@Joshua Hubbard we are handling all the commercial side of things. Connecting their whatsapp, ERP - handles quotes, inventory, price list , product catalog - you get it. The hard part for long term reliability: - bank payment proof ( we have to wait especially on weekends) - Long term memory to humanize the agent and have better and smoother conversations. We are implementing a chat memory, state memory and graphiti for knowledge graph and actions and time episodes (think of someone that worked at Apple but now on Google. We want to be able to have the agent understand that and don’t “forget”, but don’t acknowledge it either if not important) - Having them to understand agentic workflows vs just message templates on whatsapp - And removing myself as the Bottleneck 😅

@Joshua Hubbard usually it’s both, it’s the fact that they have to wait to send orders because of bank proof plus there’s a human confirming it. the only solution I’ve seen so far is having alliances with the bank for more native payments and therefore confirmation but it’s a pain and not all banks agre
Sneak Peak at the platform we are building
This is a devlog from David! A lot of people are saying they want the ability to scale and deploy their ICM and their workflows. We looked at all the possible problems security issues and we have been spending a lot of time building something for all of you! It's almost ready for release, but here's a little developers log to kind of check out some things that David has been doing to build it up. It's far from perfect, but for those technical folks out there you may enjoy it!

Folder Architecture Methodology in Restrictive Enterprise?
Hi Jake & Community — Working through your folder architecture and markdown file methodology and genuinely seeing the value. The context load sequence, the living CONTEXT.md approach, the layered structure — it maps well to how I think about systems. Here's my constraint: I'm working inside Cowork & Chat without access to Claude Code. No terminal, no hooks, no automatic file loading on session start. The files are there. The structure is there. But Cowork doesn't appear to auto-load them at the start of a session — Claude only reads what it's explicitly pointed to. So the architecture exists but the context doesn't load unless I remember to trigger it manually, which defeats part of the purpose. My question: Has anyone implemented this approach in an environment without Claude Code — no CLI, no hooks, no programmatic session triggers? And if so, what's the workaround for the auto-load problem? Specifically wondering: - Is there a reliable way to trigger context load at session start without Claude Code hooks? - Is a "load my context" opener prompt the current best practice for non-Code environments? - Are there tools or patterns that approximate the Claude Code experience for desktop/non-developer users? I'm working on making the case to my org for this approach — so understanding the real implementation path for non-technical users matters a lot. Also, being in a highly restrictive, governed, and large enterprise company creates so many bottlenecks for this approach, but the value and impact of application outweighs the "risks." TYIA, Colin

Very interested in responses here. I have the same situation where ive been capped at enterprise level projects because its hard with security issues.
