G’day folks, I’m an Aussie conscious creator and enterprise tech sales coach that’s going to be digital nomading from Thailand starting approx April 2027. In the meantime I’m about to incorporate Coherence into deep recovery & personal transformation number 2, after a complete nervous system crash out in December 2025. Number 1 is attached for reference. Love what @Nick Sweeney & @Jack Sweeney are building here. The vibe is the tribe. It would be great to connect with community members in Thailand and potentially anywhere in South East Asia! Would love to be building in a community of supportive conscious builders. Happy to share sales strategies that helps everyone win. I’ll probably be based out of Chiang Mai but would prefer a beach city! Looking forward to Syncing up soon 🫡

G’day Coherence fam, Glad to be syncing up with you all 🤌🏽 I came to Coherence from @Nick Sweeney ’s IG content on nervous system regulation and restoration. I was wondering if you guys have any structured protocols, Breathwork or other, to help restore your nervous system? I’ve had chronic stress for 2 years due to dealing with major family issues and my nervous system shut down in December. It’s been a brutal recovery but I think I’m in the 60-70% capacity range as I’m noticing my nervous system thawing out. I’ve been doing yoga daily with a focus on yin and some breathwork, and trying to remove all stressors from my life (very hard rn). I’ve had a few emotional releases which have helped and done TRE in the past but unsure if that’s useful in a sensitised nervous system. Any pointers would be appreciated!
