I played in a TC (toute catégorie) on Saturday in Paris. Played the first game well, but started to choke in the second. My pointing wasn't consistent, so I tried square breathing, which helped a bit, but I need to practice it more to manage my nerves. The third match in poule B was a good one. We played a trash-talking team, which actually motivated us to come back. We rallied from 4-10 to 11-10, but unfortunately lost 11-13. TL;DR: What worked well was staying calm under pressure and channeling our focus into a comeback. What needs work is managing my nerves to prevent choking.
