I can stress enough that if you are struggling to stay consistent and active with your same boring workouts, this is the place for you. The family and community vibe is insane on here and there are so many great people in here posting and motivating you. Pat is even on here talking to all of us posting and commenting. I have always struggled falling off after a month or two by boredom but not here. I am almost done with my 8th month and am down 10 lbs but also have gained muscle and feel amazing
