ShowIn — stake NIM to RSVP. Show up. Get it back.
Hi team. I’m building ShowIn for Cycle II. ➡️The problem People RSVP and don’t show. Hosts lose time, food, seats. “I’ll be there” is free, so it’s cheap to flake. ➡️The product ShowIn is a Mini App inside Nimiq Pay. 1. Host creates an event and sets a NIM stake. 2. Guest joins by staking that NIM. 3. Host checks people in. 4. Settle: everyone who showed gets refunded. No-show stakes are split among people who came. 5. Anyone who doesn't show will forfeit his/her NIM which will be shared amongst the attendees. One line: Stake NIM. ShowIn. Get it back. ➡️Who it’s for Meetups, classes, dinners, study groups, Sip & Ship-style calls — any seat that hurts when it’s empty. ➡️What’s live today Vite + React + TypeScript + `@nimiq/mini-app-sdk`. Flow is clickable: Create → share code → Join → Check-in → Settle → Receipt. Dark mobile UI, NIM as the stake, rule shown before you pay (who holds funds + refund vs forfeit). ➡️Running locally in demo mode now. Next: public URL + real NIM send inside Nimiq Pay. ➡️What I need - 3 testers this week once I drop the link. - If you’ve hosted something and no-shows burned you, tell me the stake amount you’d actually use. I’ll be on Sip & Ship Wed Sep 2. Happy to show the check-in screen live. GitHub going up today as a public MIT repo.

this is really an intresting idea
Name change from Dare to Raill and update on progress
Few weeks back, Ralli was mostly an idea I was trying to explain. Today, it’s starting to feel like an actual social app. Ralli is a social Mini App I'm building on @nimiq, where people start challenges, respond to others, react, build chains, and pass those challenges from one person to another. The interesting part for me has been figuring out what a social app designed inside a wallet should actually feel like. I don't want Ralli to feel like: connect wallet → perform transaction → leave. I want you to open it because there’s something happening. Maybe today's Daily Ralli is interesting. Maybe someone passed a Ralli to you. Maybe a response is going around that you need to see. Maybe 30 people are trying to get a Ralli across 10 different countries. You watch, react, join, respond, pass it on — the normal things that make a social product worth coming back to. Then Nimiq quietly sits underneath that experience. Someone starts a Ralli with a 10 NIM reward. The community thinks “I really want to see people attempt this” and Boosts the reward pool. Someone posts a response you love, and you Tip them. All without leaving the Mini App, with payments confirmed natively through Nimiq Pay. That's the direction I'm exploring with Ralli: What if a wallet wasn't only somewhere you went to manage money, but also somewhere you went to do things with people? We've got Discover, Daily Rallis, responses, reactions, search, profiles, communities, Ralli Chains and Pass It On working now. The Reward → Boost → Tip economy is also coming together, and Ralli is now integrated with Nimiq Pay for native NIM payments. Still plenty to build and polish, but it finally feels less like I'm building a feature that uses Nimiq and more like I'm building a social Mini App that belongs inside Nimiq Pay.

FeedBack on DARE, my miniapp idea
hello builders, please i need feedback for my mini app, I'm not trying to solve a problem with my idea, i'm trying to build a fun social mini app, DARE is an entertainment-first social Mini App built around challenges rather than posts. Users discover Dares, watch other people's responses, participate, pass challenges to friends, react to submissions, and optionally use NIM to reward or amplify the experiences they want to see. The product is deliberately not a micro-task marketplace. A user should be able to enjoy DARE without earning a cent. The entertainment loop must work before the monetary loop is intro

@Yasmine Romdhane thanks for the feedback @Yasmine Romdhane , just like you said the biggest challenge will be making the core loop strong enough that people will want to come back. this challenge is the core of which i am focused on implementing now.
