You do not need to know everything before you start. Go grab ONE product you already have in your house. Something you actually use. Then ask yourself: Why do I love this product? What was I struggling with before that this problem solves for me? There you go. That’s where you start. Your first video doesn't need to be some perfectly edited masterpiece. You’re practicing how to take a product, talk about it naturally, show why someone would want it and turn that into content. A few days ago I posted about finally getting out of my own damn way and actually building instead of endlessly planning. Now I have real women signed up for the free class I created. I started it **49 days ago.** And I really want to share this here because being inside Jennifer’s VIP coaching has played such a big part in how I’ve approached building it. I didn’t start with some perfectly mapped-out plan. I’ve learned as I’ve gone. I’ve listened to what my members are asking for. I’ve created resources based on what they actually need and continue to do so. I’ve tried things, changed things, and figured out what works along the way. But one thing I’ve been VERY intentional about is **providing value before worrying about the numbers.** And when Jennifer teaches something? I try it. 😂 I don’t save it in my notes for “eventually.” I figure out how I can actually implement it in my own community. So if you’re in here because you want to start a Skool community, or you already have one and you’re wondering how the heck you’re supposed to grow it…**Lock in and learn from the people who are already doing what you want to do. Then actually take action on what you’re learning.** Your community doesn’t have to be perfect before it can grow. You don’t need to have everything figured out. Start serving your people, pay attention to what they need, and keep building from there. 49 days ago mine had zero members. Now there are 200+ people in there.
