In about a month of belonging to the Movement Collective, the pain in my lower back is almost gone.  While that, alone, is worth my time, effort, and hard-earned cash, the weekly calls have helped me understand why specific exercises are helpful.  I've learned how to maintain my fitness level when life becomes difficult.  The customized programs Caleb designs are amazingly effective.
