@Will Brown hey man, I think in this case you shouldn't follow Bryan's design so much (he has a lot of subscribers so he doesn't need to get it perfect). But there are a few "flaws": - his face is kinda dark - the arrows, question marks and the ecg symbol create visual clutter - there is little color to stand out I made a quick design for you where I focused on making you stand out, using color intentionally and having big clear text that adds to the message. Beginner Basics would just be a repetition. „Start Here“ is pretty strong, if it fits the video you could also use „Avoid This“ to increase curiosity and make it more emotionally compelling.
