I've struggled with low back pain for years, and while I adore yoga, some styles of practice actually make the pain worse instead of better. Dwell has been a literal life saver for me. Beth has taught me how to work with my body instead of against it. I find her practices deeply healing and nourishing. I love the virtual membership so much! I struggle with motivation to go to classes, but when I can roll my mat out in my living room it just couldn't be easier or more inviting.
