Blind Coffee Taste Test: Is Quality Real Or Just Branding?
Is quality about the price tag, the branding, or what's actually in the cup? @Rachelle Morlok and I are putting that question to the test with a blind coffee tasting. From cold brews to lattes, we're trying to guess which cup is actually the "high-quality" one. Check out the full video now!

I called my boss's ideas stupid on a thumbnail
I told Keira that most of Jared's ideas are really good ideas. And that only some of them are stupid. I'm the one who packages these episodes, so guess what went on the thumbnail. New episode of The Entrepreneur Experience is up. Keira is the manager of outcomes for Coach Joe at ActionCOACH Kansas City — which means Joe says "we need this to happen somehow" and she's the somehow. I do the same job for Jared. We got honest about what that's actually like: the chaos, the new business idea every single morning, and how you figure out which ones are real. Turns out we both handle it the same two ways — systems, and prayer. Watch it before he does. @Keira Miller

Love it! This line is amazing and will never change! “the new business idea every single morning” Thanks for filming and all you do! Without people like you and Keira we’d be stuck!

Leads, Sales, Revenue or Cashflow. Which One Do You Actually Need More Of?
Ask ten business owners what they need more of and you get ten different answers. Some say leads. Some say sales. Some say revenue. The ones who have been at it a while usually say cashflow, because they figured out that a busy month and a profitable month are not the same thing. Here is what I keep running into, though. Most owners do not have a lead problem. They have a follow up and process problem. The leads are already there. They came in from the website, the referral, the event, the ad that ran last quarter. Then things got busy, nobody called back fast enough, and by the time someone finally did the prospect had already talked to somebody else. Most owners I talk to reach out once, maybe twice, then move on and write it off as a bad lead. It usually was not a bad lead. It just got ignored. I have been putting something together that handles that part in the background, a "Done for You" system, so the follow up happens every time whether anyone on your team remembers or not. More on that in a few days. For now, I want to hear from you. Cast your vote! Then drop a comment with why you picked it. That answer is usually more interesting than the vote.

We've been stretched on capacity, but middle of 2026 we've been expanding capacity and because of that, I put all of the above!
