We'll fund your entire product range. You keep the customers. Let's deal with the elephant in the room first. Most people starting a store think the hard part is finding a winning product. It isn't. The hard part is that nobody knows you exist, and fixing that costs money you probably don't have. So they do what everyone does. Load up an ad account, burn through a few hundred quid finding out their creative doesn't work, and quit before they ever see a second sale. But here's the thing. You don't need paid ads at all. Using this method, one store did over £46,000 in its first year, 100% organically, and the entire engine behind it was Brand Reps. Small creators who received our products and shared them with their audience. That same engine is exactly what we're handing you here. Except this time, you're not paying for the products. We are. The problem with doing it yourself. I've written before about how to build a Brand Rep program from scratch. It works. It's exactly how I did it. But there's a catch nobody talks about, and it's the reason most people never get past twenty reps. You have to fund the product. Every rep you sign up costs you real money. You have to pay for that gifted product yourself. Twenty reps is manageable. Two hundred reps, which is roughly what you need for this to become a real channel, means thousands of pounds of product going out the door before you've made a penny back. Most store owners simply can't do it. So they run a tiny program, see tiny results, and conclude that influencer marketing doesn't work. It works. They just never got to the volume where it starts. Here's how the money actually works. This is the part most people don't get, so read it twice. Let's say an ambassador gets a £50 voucher. They pick £50 worth of product from your store. At checkout, one of two things happens. Either they pay a Gifted Delivery fee worth 20% of the voucher value, or they spend £10 or more above the voucher value and delivery is free. Most of them spend over.
