I have a specific question if anyone has ever used CRM connector to integrate with Sweep & Go Crm. My newest (Dog Poop Cleaning Business) client uses this and I’m struggling to figure out the best way to set the new review automation because they do one time clean up, biweekly, and monthly services. The first pickup for a subscription is free and I would assume it best to wait until their next pickup to request a review. I track last service date, which shows when they were added as a customer (not the actual service date, total spend, and transaction count. With the first service being free the second pickup doesn’t come thru as a transaction. Kind of a messy situation but has any one worked with this specific crm?

Ever since around October 12th, all of my MMS text are failing to send due to spam. Anyone else dealing with this. The only thing I’ve heard is that Black Friday coming soon may be causing a stricter messaging restriction ?

First client is going live tmr- a2p approval just went through. I used CRM connector to get all contacts sent over to GHL. I’m concerned on how to ensure it pulling in new customers after an invoice is paid and puts them in my Google request work flow. Anyone here that uses CRM connector got any advice on making sure I’m set up properly?

My client uses quickbooks, there is a native integration in GHL for this, and I’ve also heard people recommend CRM connector. Any opinions on which one is best to use ? Do they do the same thing ?

I’m new to the community. I’m on the free version so don’t have access to material. I had an idea for marketing on Facebook and launched it today. I made a post, vibe coded a funnel using a video. Lead to a from that captured Name,number, email, GBP link, review count, review request method, and website link. I got over 60 free imbound leads with small businesses in my area in about 6 hours. I have 0 customers as of now and started almost a month ago learning. Now I gotta convert these leads into customers, worried I take on to many and can’t fulfill but also not a bad problem to have. Just wanted to announce a win!!
