Ari’s Bloodwork
@Maurice Daher I did my bloodwork with rythm this is what they provided! From what it mentioned the blue is optimal, the gray is average and the red is out of range. I don’t understand any of it but I see that the ApoB is out of range. I have been doing carnivore not strict for 2 months. I hope this is not confusing so my husband is the one who normally writes to you he’s the one with the high blood pressure and sleepless nights! His name is Jay. I’m Ari :) I have been struggling with loosing weight as a matter of fact I gained while in the carnivore!

@Maurice Daher Thanks for your response! The pain is mainly in my heels plantar fasciitis! It’s constant but tolerable when I’m active, walking or working out. When I sit for a period of time and when I get up in the morning is when mostly hurts! Also here’s what I take on a day to day basis! I’ll start looking into the stability exercises! Thank you Ari!

@Maurice Daher Thank you for your response! • Is the pain in one heel or both? Both • Does it hurt right on the bottom of the heel bone, or more through the arch? Heel bone • Have you recently changed shoes or increased your walking or training? Both I have more than one pair of gym shoes, so I alternate. And I’ve also started walking more. • Do you have tight calves or limited ankle mobility? Tight calves for sure. But how do I know I have limited ankle mobility? I may have not sure. I hurt my ankle back in HS. It’s never been the same , but the issue of my ankle giving out if I make a wrong move didn’t happen until my late 30s. I’ve lost 7lbs so far, yesterday and this morning was the first time I felt the pain less, still there but nonetheless less pain! Thank you again for taking the time to respond! Ari
Supplements for sleep support
@Maurice Daher as I’m working on improving my sleep. I’m looking to add a couple of supplements. GlycoLayer is one of the supplements I want to add. My current stack is glycine in warm water, 1/4 tsp of warm salt water and l-theanine. I pushed my last meal to 4pm with berberine before that last meal. Long winded way to ask, where can I purchase GlycoLayer?

Okay
Jay’s Blood work
I’m concerned with my blood work results. I went carnivore maybe 4-5 months ago (although I did eat carnivore desserts occasionally) after fighting with sleep issues. 15 days ago I went full lion diet. Burger patty and beef heart for breakfast at around 9-10am then the last meal at 2:30-3:30pm NY Strip Steak and beef liver or bone broth soup. I don’t eat anything else for the rest of the day. My sleep has still been really rough and in some ways worse. The past 4-5 days my digestion has really improved, I eat a big dinner and don’t feel the meal after. I typically walk after dinner when the weather allows. But my digestion is feeling much better since the antibiotics recked me a month in a half ago but my sleep has been really bad. Please help, my dad had a heart attack and I want to avoid at all cost. Since I started carnivore I’ve lost 27lbs and I’m 11lbs from being at the same weight I was at in college. Plus my total testosterone is 1025 but my free is 102. Could this be leading to my sleepless nights and my sleepless nights lead to my high blood sugar?

@Terry Bolinger thanks for sharing! Means a lot. My sleep has been awful but I’m more of a side sleeper so not sure but I will get a Fitbit to monitor. My cortisol spike really hard after a rough night, my heart increases to the point where I can feel it.

@Maurice Daher I was hoping to get your feedback if possible on my blood work
Peptides
After reading your classroom modules I see you mentioned BPC-157 and TB-500. I’m interested in learning more and potentially even purchasing some. Do you have an idea of dosage or schedule? I want to correct the damage done to my gut from 16 days of powerful antibiotics.

Thank you @Maurice Daher for the reply. I started taking antibiotics due to an ear infection. Amoxicillin 875mg then the second round was Amoxicillin and Clavulanate Potassium 875mg/125mg. It has been about a month and a half since I stopped. But ever since I have been suffering with elevated heart rate, problems using the bathroom and my sleep has gotten worse. As well as a pulsing in my stomach when adrenaline hits me.

It has been 9 days since I have been consuming meat only(Lion Diet). no eggs or avocado or dairy. Things have been getting better slowly but sleep has been lagging a bit. Less stomach pulsing heart rate improving during adrenaline rushes but it is still there when this wasn’t happening before. My blood pressure is erratic as well. I’m getting adrenaline spikes when I measure it, this wasn’t happening before either.

@Maurice Daher I want to learn about gut health, I recently had an ear infection that was so bad I need 2 rounds of antibiotics. All the symptoms I had before joined your community came back and more powerful than ever. My eczema and dermatitis came back. Food suddenly started causing a pulsing in my stomach and sleeping became almost impossible.
