As an older woman I knew that resistance training would be necessary if I wanted to remain functional as I continued to age, but was overwhelmed by all the different exercises that are out there. Which ones should I do? How many to do? How to do them? Gavyn’s Lifelong Strong Club has provided those answers for me. I love that he gives us a different set of exercises every month accompanied by videos with clear explanations of the exercises, how to do them and how to modify them if needed.
