3,000+ → 459 unread. Saturday morning.
When this program started, my inbox was over 3,000 unread and I froze every time I opened it. I called it insurmountable. This morning I finally stopped trying to answer everything and started sorting instead. I built Action labels for Money, People and Deadline, then bulk-archived everything older than 30 days, then everything older than 7 days that wasn't labeled. Nothing got deleted. It's all still searchable. 1,229 → 1,039 → 459 in one morning. My Big Rock is 15 minutes of inbox every night after dinner. For the first time, that pile is small enough for 15 minutes to actually work on it. If your inbox is where you freeze too: you don't need to read everything. Sort first, then archive.
The Cold Shower Keeps Popping Up On
I just had someone else in a different school community post this article with some really great points. I took a hot-to-cold shower this morning and it put a ton of pep in my step. Also it's really great for your hair, and considering I colored my hair today (because that was the one thing that was keeping me from one of my rocks, which is recording a bunch of short-form videos that I owe my marketing team and have for quite some time), it was a win-win-win. https://www.eatthis.com/cold-showers-30-days-benefits/#:~:%20Stress%20Managements
Access to Cohort 4
Hey all, I already paid for the 6-week program but when I go to the classroom the access to Cohort 4 still is locked. Does anybody know how I can get in that or do I need to go to the Cohort 4 meeting first?
Apparently, Gold Is an ADHD Color Now
I had to laugh a little during Jim’s ADHD workshop this week. The ADHD Harmony group uses a lot of golds, warm light, pathways, and imagery that feels very similar to the visual direction I’ve been using with Trajecta. Then I looked back at this piece and thought, well… apparently we’re all wandering around the same visual neighborhood. No grand point here. I just thought it was interesting how often certain themes seem to show up around ADHD, transition, identity, possibility, and trying to build a life that actually fits. Maybe gold just understands the assignment.

Wrapping Up The Week
I have to say this week has been extremely profound. So many aha moments and Jim has been so fantastic with all the Q&As. Even if I couldn't stay for them, I've been watching the replays and I feel 100 times better than I did when we started this journey on Monday. I hope that everyone got something out of this or learned something about themselves they didn't know before, and this community is awesome.
