New STR Bonus Deprecitation vs Cost Seg Study
Purchased a new STR with a remodel in an LLC in 2025. I wasn't able to take any depreciation or expenses because it wasn't live when filing this year. It will be live soon and I'm curious the best way to recapure those losses from last year? Whether it's a Bonus Depreciation or Cost Seg Study. I've heard that some people get a Cost Seg Study when doing a Bonus Depreciation anyways?
