Before You Scale, Check These 4 Things 📝
A lot of founders want to scale, but scaling isn’t always about getting more clients or increasing revenue. Sometimes the real question is: can the business actually handle the growth? I’d look at these 4 things: 1. Can someone else deliver your core service without you? If everything still needs your involvement, you may have a business that depends on you rather than a business that can scale without you. 2. Do you actually know your numbers? Not just revenue. Know your margins, current costs, and what additional payroll or resources the business can realistically support. 3. Is there a repeatable way to bring in clients? If every new opportunity depends on the founder personally finding, selling, and following up with prospects, there’s a natural limit to how much the business can grow. 4. Can your current operation handle more volume? More customers won’t fix messy processes. They usually expose them faster. You don’t necessarily need everything perfect before scaling. But you should know where the weak points are and have a plan to address them. Which of these four would be the biggest bottleneck in your business right now? 🙂

@Maryan Kondratyuk That “return only the exceptions” piece is the real test. If the owner is still being pulled into the day-to-day decisions, the workflow hasn’t really been taken off their plate. I’ve seen the same thing on the people side, the right support person can own the recurring execution, but only when the boundaries and escalation points are clear.
My Old Tracker ( Still Works Great )
If you have not yet developed the habit of tracking for your business ... You. must. do. this. But only if you want to grow your results and improve your revenue and profit. Because what gets measured can improve. Without accurate data... you're dead in the water. And It does not have to be complicated. This Spreadsheet is what I used to win skool games 3 times. I filled it in manually every day. now It's your's for free Make a duplicate here

Thanks @Dan Harrison 100% agree. You don’t need a complicated system to get useful data. Even a simple tracker can show patterns in what’s working, where things are slipping, and what actually needs attention. Consistency in tracking is really where the value comes from. And personally, I love spreadsheet. It does not only help me get organize but it also give me time to think and look at the data better 🙂
Getting online
Hi guys, I currently work in clinic setting which doesn't use any apps or specific programs for coaching or health tracking, I'm looking to get online and would appreciate thoughts on the best apps to give the best structure for working with clients online and also allows growth. I am currently building a skool community as well

@Francis Connor I’d focus on the structure behind the tools just as much as the tools themselves. Having a clear process for onboarding, client tracking, follow-ups, and delivery will make things much easier to manage as you grow. Skool can then become a great part of that overall system rather than just another platform to manage.
I finnaly did it..
I got my AI stack, Claude pro and Google AI studio, both on an anual plan. And since my company registration is still pending (France...). I prompted Claude to draft me my business plan with a summary outline. It did a banger of a job, YouTube strategy, Skool management with Claude, Coaching offer architecture, 5 year financial projection, 18 Months launch roadmap, KPIs and all. I'm still struggling with it being able to format that in a A4 Pdf, tho I probably need to connect it with Canva or something to be able tweak it a bit.

Impressive! AI is great at getting you 80–90% of the way there. For the final layout, I've found it's usually easier to move the content into Canva or Google Docs for polishing and making it client-ready. 💪
